Recipe: Green Egg French Toast
Take a big nonstick pan. Put some butter in it. Arrange 3-4 slices of bread and in the meantime take all green vegetables u have in the fridge like spring onions, capsicum, coriander leaves, chop them finely add seasoning or if u like add. Some oregano red chilli flakes or parsley( good if u get it fresh), and in these greens break 3-4 eggs( remember not to put greens in broken eggs but broken eggs in greens). Put this mixture on the bread in the pan and also try putting between the breads so that breads stick together . And u can turn around your bread once done from one side. You can cut into pieces and pack for tiffin. It is delicious and easy to make.
