3 egg whites
175 gms castor sugar
100 gms almond flour
100 gms chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
2ml Vanilla essence
Whisk the egg white with sugar and salt to get high peaks and make a meringue.
Mix the almond flour with cherries and chocolate chips into the meringue.
Now add the vanilla essence and bake at 180 degrees for 10 min.
Cool and whisk some icing sugar on top and serve.
