We all know as we cross our 30s and our 40s, skin needs more care and nourishment and some of the effects can last forever, if proper care is not taken. I have been blessed with good genes and also practicing yoga and pranayam has helped my skin to stay supple and smooth. While yoga involves physical practice, Pranayam is all about different techniques of breathing to prolong life, improve health and skin.

Kaya Youth Oxy-Infusion Skin care range was recently launched which claims to be #SkinPranayam and so I had to check it out for myself.

Kaya Youth Oxy-Infusion Micellar Water

It is a gentle cleansing make-up remover. Micellar water has tiny micelles(tiny balls of cleansing oil molecules suspended in water) that help draw dirt and makeup. Unlike many toners, Micellar Water does not contain alcohol and never stings. However, for oily skin rely more on the wipes and Face Wash.

Packaging: It comes with a standard rectangular paper carton packaging. The plastic bottle comes with a pump spray.

Experience:

To remove makeup, spray some of the product onto a cotton ball and swipe your face clean. Rinse your face. If you just want it to work like a toner then rinse your face and spray this directly on your face.. The cleanser has a mild and fruity fragrance to it. It is gentle and the skin does not feel dry after using it but it doesn’t feel as mild as some micellar waters I have used earlier and skin did feel a bit stretchy after using it.

This is me removing makeup

This is when I cleaned my bare face

Price:

100 ml – Rs. 199

Why we liked it?

  • It is mild
  • There is no itching or burning on using it
  • The best thing is it draws extra dirt that is not visible to the eye.
  • It comes with a soft fragrance.
  • Very reasonably priced.

Kaya Youth Oxy-Infusion Face Wash

Experience: The Face Wash has a mild and fresh floral fragrance to it. It also has a micro circulation complex that enhances oxygen in the skin. After using it, the skin feels squeaky clean.

Packaging: It comes with a standard rectangular paper carton packaging. The bottle is tightly sealed with a flip top cap to prevent any leakages.

Price:

100 g – Rs. 199

Why we liked it?

  • It comes with a fresh fragrance.
  • Makes a foamy lather.
  • Reasonably priced.

Kaya Youth Oxy-Infusion Face Wipes

Kaya Youth Oxy-Infusion Face Wipes help clean make-up and dirt from face. The first step of my skin care routine would start from removing make up from these wipes and then move on to Micellar Water and Face Wash to clear the remaining make up.

Experience: They smell lovely, clean up well and keep the skin hydrated. When I used them, I felt, they pulled out oil and grime even from my clean face.

And here I am using the wipes to remove my makeup.

Packaging:

They come in a pack of 30 wipes and the pack is sealed to retain moisture.

Price:

30s pack – Rs. 199

Why we liked them?

  • This makes for a good travel pack as they can be used and disposed of. They can also be easily carried in your handbag or backpack. Plus they do not need water to clean with.
  • They are enriched with a micro-circulation complex that enhances oxygen in the skin
  • They come with a fresh fragrance.

Kaya Youth Oxy-Infusion Day Cream – SPF 15

The Day Cream has a micro-circulation complex which is supposed to enhance oxygen supply to the skin that gives you a youthful glow.

Experience: The wash has a mild and fresh fragrance to it, which I absolutely love. It has a light consistency which absorbs very easily into the skin and doesn’t feel heavy or greasy at all. The skin definitely feels supple. The fact that it has SPF 15 as well makes it a perfect for day wear.

Packaging: It comes with a rectangular paper carton packaging which slides up. The bottle has a transparent plastic cover and it’s a press tube.

Price:

50 g – Rs. 399

Why we liked it?

  • The mild fragrance is fresh.
  • The texture is soft and gets absorbed into the skin easily.
  • It also has SPF which is great as I don’t have to use extra sunscreen layer.

I found all these products of really good quality and was happy with them. My favourites were the Face Wash and the Day Cream. All the products in the Kaya Oxy-Infusion Range contain a micro-circulation complex that enhances Oxygen in the skin. What did you think? Have an opinion? Do share, we would love to listen to your opinion.

You can buy these here.

Oxygen is very vital for our body and skin. Due to air pollution in Delhi, skin looks dull and oxygen rich products only can make a difference. Thanks for sharing
