the-easiest-and-the-quickest-chocolate-mousse-ever

Ingredients-

2  1/2 cups whipped cream(with peak formation)
1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 cup chinks of dark cooking chocolate
1 tsp gelatine
Milk-1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 4-5 drops(optional)

Method-

In a double boiler, melt dark cooking chocolate ,add milk .Remove from flame.
Now melt gelatine in slightly warm water and add to the chocolate.
Take whipped cream and add sugar to it by folding method.
Now add cooled chocolate liquid to the whipped cream again by light folding method.Add vanilla essence.Pour in shot glasses (for effect )and refrigerate .It takes about 15-20 min to set.
Serve chilled. You can add grated chocolate or whipped cream or cherries on top for effect(once set)
Cooking time-5-8 min
Simple and quick!!Right?
Note- For Double boiler-take 2 pans one big and one small, put water in one and put it on gas and now put the smal pan in it and add whatever you want to cook in it.This way the heat does not reach directly to the ingredient.
