Follow these steps to prioritize your own health too.

1. Eat a balanced meal.

2. Exercise regularly.

3.  Supplement your food with the right nutrients.

4. Avoid distractions during meals to avoid overeating.

5. Sleep at least for 8 hours.

6. Plan and organize your days.

7.  Have some me time.

8. Learn to delegate your work, you don’t have to do it all.
