Ingredients
3 slices Bread
2-3 tbsp each of –
–  Finely chopped onion
–  Finely chopped capsicum
–  Grated carrot
–  Boiled corn
–  grated cheese
–  pizza sauce
A tsp of ghee/ butter
A small round cookie cutter
Appam pan
Method :
Roll and flatten each slice of bread.
With the help of the cookie cutter take out 4 roundels from each bread slice. On each of these 12 roundels, apply little pizza sauce and top it with chopped onion, capsicum, grated carrot and boiled corn.
Brush each cavity of appam pan with a little ghee or butter  (alternately you can also put a drop of ghee in each cavity).
Press each of these topped up slices firmly into each cavity.
Top it up with grated cheese.
Cover the pan and let it cook over medium heat for about 4 min ( or till the bottom of the bread turns nice crispy golden brown.)
Pack it along with some ketchup or as it is in the tiffin. Not only the Kids but adults too will love these bite sized pizzalets.
