Carefully brush a thin layer of glue over the paper & repeat the procedure until the cardboard is covered. Allow it to dry. Make a hole and insert a hanger into it. Trim off any edges if need be.

Photo frame

Cut out tubes of rolled newspaper strips. Cut off the edges to make sure they are all the same size. Arrange them in a line to form 4 edges of a square/rectangle as per the size of the photo frame you want to create. Glue them onto a photo frame and let it dry. The same idea can be used to make a mirror frame too, but you’ll probably need longer strips.
