It’s that time of the year again! The vacations have ended, the schools have re-started and after enjoying our vacations and sleeping-in late mornings, we are back to gearing up the kids to get-ready for school every morning. I don’t know about you, when I asked my kids recently what do they like about mumma the most? After much thought( they were worried this was a test), they said, “The tiffin you pack for us every morning and the dinner you cook!”. Seriously, my role and importance in their lives was all related around food? I am sure some of you have experienced this too!

I am an average cook, with average creativity, lack of major interest, so prefer easy and quick recipes.
