Eggless chocolate cake recipe with condensed milk

This is an easy and fun recipe that even the kids can try. As we all know egg is what usually gives the fluff to the cake, so we tried this recipe and loved it. Here is how;

Ingredients-

1 1/4the cup maida

4-5 tablespoons of condensed milk

1/2 cup sugar- then powder it

80 gms butter

4-5 drops of vanilla essence or extract

125 ml milk

6-7 heapful tablespoons of cocoa powder

1/2 spoon baking soda

1 spoon baking powder

Method-

Paste-

In a bowl, mix melted butter and powdered sugar. You can also use a whipping machine for this. Add condensed milk and whip further till everything forms a smooth paste.

Dry ingredients-

Put maida, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder in a sieve and then sieve it into a bowl or a plate.

Now add a few tablespoons the dry ingredients in the paste and add some milk in a folding action with a spatula(do not use the whipping machine here). No lumps should be there. Again repeat the same till everything is mixed and there are no lumps.

Mix dry and wet ingredients

Getting the baking dish ready-

Taking a baking tin, apply oil with a brush. Now add some maida in it and tap and dust it around till it covers all surfaces. Throw away the excess.

Add the batter in the baking dish, avoid touching the sides. The consistency should be a little thick. Now with a spatula spread it in the baking dish. Then tap till it fills the dish evenly and all air bubbles are gone.

Bake-

Bake in your oven at 180 degrees for 30 min or in a cooker without a whistle.

Tadaa!!! Enjoy!!!
