Asus Zenfone 2- A Photographer’s Delight!

I need a good smartphone handy at all times for my blog. Whether it is clicking pictures or editing them, a smartphone can save a lot of time in the whole process. But at times I have to carry the camera, as there are factors like a good zoom, low level lighting, a good resolution that only a camera can get. If you’re a blogger or a photographer, you will know that a phone can’t really replace a camera in these aspects and good photographs form the essential of a good blog. Plus, it is not feasible to carry a camera at all events and sometimes when some good compositions are staring in your face, you can’t wait for the camera. It’s a dilemma!

Whoever I meet recently is going gaga over ‘Asus Zenphone 2 ‘ as a great camera phone! What is the whole hype about? I decided to check it out. This is what the phone brags about;

I face this problem very often, when I am travelling and I see a beautiful sunset or the traffic lights on the road worth a shot. But due to low lighting, I am unable to capture the image how I see with naked eyer. But Zenfone 2, through a combination of pixel-merging technology, can get me low-light shots with no need of flash. I am sure those of you who are into photography would know that how we hate using flash for certain shots. It kills the light and the mood at times. So if a phone is offering me this, I will definitely buy it.

Girl Gang Selfie

Now this is one feature we girls will love. Whenever my friends and me would try and click a selfie together, someone or the other would not fit .We would try all sorts of poses, squeezing ourselves in, standing literally on top of one another to fit in. With this special wide-angle mode, ZenFone 2 f/2.0-aperture lens and 85-degree field of view, you can capture panoramic selfie to up to 140 degrees.

Stablility And High Resolution

Improves low-light performance even further resulting in sharper, non-blurry photos. ZenFone 2 captures and combines four 13MP photos to create a single image of with exceptional 4X of clarity i.e. giving you a resolution of 52 MP. I think it’s an interesting feature.

Auto Mode with Zero Shutter Lag

Zero shutter lag means you’ll capture the photo you want without missing a moment. This is something the best of cameras boast of. Definitely check it out.

The phone has features to airbrush and soften my facial flaws and remove blemishes and create an even more glamorous me. You might wonder why am I bothered so much about these. I usually am not but, sometimes when I am in a rush and don’t have time to put make-up on then these features help. After all, we all want to present our best side to the world.

Now all these would make it the best smartphone around. But can I recommend it to you without having used it? So how did they convince me? I like you don’t get convinced easily or give a product a thumbs up easily , but I got connected with these beautiful campaigns that they created. When the Instagrammers took to street and gave their reviews, I had to believe them, they were people just like you and me and not brand promoters. I really liked this campaign, when you see the videos, you see real people using the phone and actually coming up with some great results and not some celeb promoting a product and saying, this is the best you can get. What is also interesting to note is that these guys are using the phone for the first time, so in such a short time span they have actually managed such good output.
