Fall In Love With Running!!

GOOD MONDAY MORNING!!

Welcome back from the long weekend. Let’s be honest, how many have been active this weekend and I can feel laziness creeping in. But that’s why I am here. Let’s get you back on track. The idea is today to make you want to RUN..!!

For all of you telling me you wish you could run, today I’m trying to motivate you.

Let’s get real now. Most people start running often  to lose weight. But it’s only after they start running and seeing the results that they start falling in love with it. ‘Falling in love’ with your fitness routine can happen.

Some people call it meditation, some say it freshens their brain and for some it gives a jump start to their day.

What I love about running, is that it works on my body like nothing else. What I absolutely love about running is that I can run whenever and wherever I want to. All I need is my running shoes. Let me elaborate on that one a bit more. My elder one leaves for school at 7, I drop him to the bus stop and run a few rounds around my building while I wait my younger one to arrive, he leaves at 7.30. I see him off and run a few more. So by latest 8.30, my routine is over while the day has just started for most of us. Even on weekends or on holidays my long runs are over much before my family starts to even wake up. So running doesn’t make me miss on any fun or duties.
Plus as my hubby puts it, ‘I am full of beans’ after a good run. After all, running releases endorphins in my body and keep me happy and energetic throughout the day.

For all you fashionistas, I love the way I look in my running gear. Fit, lean and sporty. Also when I do lose all the weight, I love dressing myself up in all the skinny jeans and dresses that I had been eyeing for ages.

So to summarise on why you should like me fall in love with running;
