Leftover Pasta Balls Recipe

Pasta is always a star dish on every menu. Be it, kids or adults, everyone loves to indulge in the yummy taste of pasta. Pasta becomes fun when it is added with loads of veggies so the guilt of not getting proper diet disappears in a second.

Whenever I am left with a bowl full of pasta, Pasta balls become my breakfast menu because I can throw this yummy dish. Here is a healthy twist to it to make it even tastier and healthier for kids.
Hence, here we have a secret recipe!


1) Take 1 cup Leftover pasta, Add veggies of your choice(I added carrots, cabbage), Add 1 cup Processed cheese, 1/2 tsp each oregano and rock salt.

2) Mix and mash all these in a bowl
3) Make slurry using 2 tsp each of Cornflour, Maida, and water
4) Now make round balls of pasta and put them into freezer for 5 minutes
5) Coat them into slurry and then to breadcrumbs and again put them into freezer for 5 min

6) Now Deep fry them in hot oil and serve it with ketchup.
