This Italian delicacy is a powerhouse of taste and is a staple diet for many around the world. Today, pasta making is easy, thanks to the plethora of appliances that can do it for you.

Tomato Basil Cream Pasta

Quick to cook, and full of authentic Italian flavours, Tomato Basil Cream Pasta is a favourite among lovers of Italian cuisine.

Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1-2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 large handful basil leaves (chopped)
  • ½ Cup Raw Cashews
  • 500gms wheat flour
  • 200ml water

Preparation

  1. Pour flour and water into your Noodle and Pasta Maker.
  2. Extrude pasta as per your choice.
  3. Add chopped tomato, cashews, tomato paste, water to an electric blender, and blend until smooth.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large pan and add garlic. Sauté until they are brown and then add the blended ingredients (sauce) from step 3. Add salt and cook for five minutes.
  5. While stirring occasionally, check the consistency of the sauce. Use a lid if it is too watery.
  6. Add extruded pasta to a different pan, add basil leaves and serve hot!

 

Roasted Red Pepper Pasta

 

If spicy and sweet is what satiates your taste buds, Roasted Red Pepper Pasta is for you. Straightforward and easy to cook, you can cook the dish within 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 onions (chopped)
  • 2 red bell peppers (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (shredded)
  • 2-3 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper
  • Red pepper flake
  • 500gms wheat flour
  • 200ml water

Preparation

  1. Pour flour and water into your Noodle and Pasta Maker.
  2. Extrude pasta as per your choice.
  3. In a saucepan, add olive oil and place chopped red bell peppers on a medium flame. Cook till they are soft.
  4. Add garlic, onions in the pan with red bell peppers and sauté until they are brown.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the pan and serve hot.

Penne Puttanesca

Supreme and vibrant pasta, the pasta recipe is easy to prepare and filled with mouthwatering flavours.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams wheat flour
  • 200 ml water
  • Olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • Tomato paste
  • Rock Salt
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Red Chili
  • Grated cheese (Parmesan)

Preparation

  1. Pour flour and water into your Noodle and Pasta Maker.
  2. Extrude pasta.
  3. Heat a pan and add garlic, oil and sauté until fragrant or its brown.
  4. Add, tomatoes, tomato paste, and simmer until sauce is thick.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and garnish with grated cheese, parsley, and red chilli.

These were recipes but just imagine the kind of pasta you can make with this device at home. Wholewheat, vegetables, anything that you want to experiment with.
