Hey,
When you’re gaining a lot of weight, fitness is something you want to read about the most. Thanks for this write-up.
Taking in lots of fluids is necessary and for now, I am so much addicted to coffee. I knew I had to do something about it so, I switched to sugar free and it helped me a lot in curbing the calories intake per day.
Fried food definitely needs to be avoided and I think after reading about it here, I would manage to remember that for at least a month. I tend to forget things easily and ignore my health because of that. Thanks for the tips. I am hoping I will remember these for a long time considering that these are coming from a pro.
