I love this property so much that I have travelled to Hyderabad to stay at this property more than twice. Situated on a hillock 200 feet high, away from the city, this heritage Palace houses 60 beautifully refurbished and lovingly restored rooms which are actually converted kitchen rooms and storerooms. The ‘ittar’ and rose petal welcome and the ride from the Palace gates to the property in a horse carriage all transport you back in time and make you feel like royalty.
Every evening there is a soul-stirring qawwali performance at the dome from where you can view the entire city just how the Nizam would have sipping your glass of wine. The Taj spa is exotic and the grounds beautiful. It’s one of the most well preserved and beautiful heritage properties.

As a mom, the one thing I remember is that I slept well and it had very comfy beds. I didn’t take the kids and it was a great break for me.
While we couldn’t find anyone who had been to the below hotels, we cannot exclude these properties from the list.
Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Hyderabad Banjara Hills
Apart from the regular amenities that most Five star hotels in Hyderabad offer, Radisson Blu Plaza is famous for its well-planned location. It is quite near to the famous GVK Mall. The Turkish bath out here is a luxury feature apart from the wonderful spa. You can avail babysitting facility here at some extra surcharge. Extra beds and cribs for kids are available at some extra cost, as well.
I would like to throw some light on their elaborate spa. Serena Spa has four, different treatment rooms, including couple rooms. The spa is equipped with a mud bath, a sauna, a spa tub, a steam room and Turkish bath/hammam.

The hotel has 181 rooms with all basic facilities along with many thoughtful touches like bathrobes, mini refrigerators, coffee makers, 24-hour room service etc.
