Ingredients:
200 Gms Badam (Almonds)
50 Gms Sugar
50 ml 4 Green Cardamom
Powdered 100 Gms Ghee (Clarified Butter)
A few chopped Almonds
Preparation:
- Boil the Almonds in water for 5mts. Peel their skin and roughly crush them.
- Heat Ghee in akadai.
- Then add the crushed Almonds and fry for 6 – 7mts.
- Add, Sugar and Cardamom powder to it and mix well. Keep aside to cool.
- Mixture for the Laddoos is ready. Make small balls of this mixture and serve, garnished with chopped Almonds.
