Badam laddoo Recipe

Ingredients:

200 Gms Badam (Almonds)

50 Gms Sugar

50 ml 4 Green Cardamom

Powdered 100 Gms Ghee (Clarified Butter)

A few chopped Almonds

Preparation:

  1. Boil the Almonds in water for 5mts. Peel their skin and roughly crush them.
  2. Heat Ghee in akadai.
  3. Then add the crushed Almonds and fry for 6 – 7mts.
  4. Add, Sugar and Cardamom powder to it and mix well. Keep aside to cool.
  5. Mixture for the Laddoos is ready. Make small balls of this mixture and serve, garnished with chopped Almonds.
