DAY 2
Morning: Lemon Water same as day 1
Breakfast: Veg Juice like Day 1
AND
Dalia(porridge) / Upma
Mid Morning: Fruits + Cinnamon water (like day 1)
Lunch: Paneer(200 gms) + Salad (less salt)
Tea: Tea + biscuits
Dinner: Wheat flakes + Milk
Activity: 30-35 min brisk walk
DAY 3:
By the third day, you would have lost 1-1.5 kilos. From the third day you can go back to regular food, but restrict the quantities and have an early dinner by 7 pm latest. It should be the lightest meal of the day.
Morning: Have lemon water – 1 glass
Breakfast: Sprouts/ Eggwhites/ Paneer Sandwich/ Dalia upma
Mid Morning: Fruits ( as many as you want)
Lunch: Paneer/ chicken /fish (200gms) with salad
Tea: By 5.30 pm ; 1 cup tea, nothing along.
Dinner: By 8pm ; Vegetables and salad
Activity:30-35 min brisk walk
DAY 4 onwards start having chapatis and vegetables in your meal, but restrict it to one chapati for dinner. No dal/ proteins for dinner.
Activity:30-35 min brisk walk
Day 5 : Go back to your regular diet.
Activity:30-35 min brisk walk
So basically Day 4 and 5 are to slowly bring you back to your regular routine and so that you don’t gain back the weight you have lost.

This is only good for 2-3 days, to do this everyday is not recommended.
