SOYA MASALA CHUNKS RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
Soya chunk 75gm
Ginger garlic paste
1 Tomato
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
1tbsp red chili powder
1tbsp garam masala
1tbsp salt
Half tsp of amchur powder and chat masala
Lemon
Coriander for garnishing
PROCESS:
Soak soya chunks for 20 mins or boil it if in hurry.
Remove the water by pressing it.
Take oil in a pan.
Add ginger garlic paste and veggies, add the masala, salt, chili powder, garam masala, amchur powder, then add the soya chunks.
For garnishing add lemon and coriander.
FOR SERVING:
Serve it with a fresh Lime soda or any fresh juice.
