Oats Chilla Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
Powdered Oats
Suji 1 bowl
1 Tomato
1 Spring Onion
1 Capsicum
Spinach Leaves
2 Green Chilies
Cumin Seeds
Ginger Garlic Paste.
Salt As Per Taste
Chilli Powder As Per Taste
Water 1/2 – 1 Cup
PROCESS:
- Mix the grounded oats and suji in a bowl add cumin,1 tbsp chili powder, salt as per taste, green chilies and ginger garlic paste, add water slowly and mix it up well not too thick nor too think.
- Add the veggies and keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
- Take a pan add olive oil and put the batter on the pan spread it.
- And wait till it turns brown and then flip it. Make it brown and crispy.
For Serving:
Enjoy it with ketchup.
