Oats Chilla Recipe:


INGREDIENTS:


Powdered Oats

Suji 1 bowl

1 Tomato

1 Spring Onion

1 Capsicum

Spinach Leaves

2 Green Chilies

Cumin Seeds

Ginger Garlic Paste.

Salt As Per Taste

Chilli Powder As Per Taste

Water 1/2 – 1 Cup


PROCESS:

  1. Mix the grounded oats and suji in a bowl add cumin,1 tbsp chili powder, salt as per taste, green chilies and ginger garlic paste, add water slowly and mix it up well not too thick nor too think.
  2. Add the veggies and keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
  3. Take a pan add olive oil and put the batter on the pan spread it.
  4. And wait till it turns brown and then flip it. Make it brown and crispy.

For Serving:

Enjoy it with ketchup.
