Ingredients Quantity
Chicken b /f Sausages 800 gm diced
Olive Oil 50 ml
Onion 2 no julienne
Bell peppers 1 no julienne
Spring Onion greens 30 gm
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste crushed
Sriracha sauce 5 tbsp
Paprika Powder 2 tsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown
- Sauté onion, bell peppers and spring onions
- Add paprika, sriracha sauce, oregano and seasoning
- Cook for few minutes and serve hot
