Mint Watermelon Feta Salad Recipe:
- 1 cup Diced Watermelon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 whole lime, juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (sheep’s milk feta preferred)
Combine all of these ingredients in a bowl and garnish it with some fresh mint leaves.
This salad is best made just prior to serving. One can prepare this for an hour before the consumption.
